Remote Support

How Remote Support works:

  1. You email or call us and we schedule an appointment time.
     
  2. Before our appointment you will need to download our AbBa Remote Support Tool right from this website.

  3. No installation needed, just run the AbBa Remote Support Tool and it will reach out accross the internet to find only our server. (You will see it's Red Cross icon down near your clock when it is running and looking for a connection.)
     
  4. I accept the connection on my end and then I will be able to see your screen and interact with your computer.
     
  5. Once the connection is closed the AbBa Remote Support Tool stops running and does not create any new connections.

 

Notes:

  • The AbBa Remote Support Tool does NOT install any software, spyware or viruses. It does NOT modify Windows and will not affect your other applications.
     
  • We can only connect to your screen while the AbBa Remote Support Tool is running, and ONLY after YOU start the connection.
     
  • If the connection is interupted, your computer restarts, or the AbBa Remote Support Tool is closed new connection can not be made until you run the AbBa Remote Support Tool again.
     
  • The Secure connection option uses 128-bit encryption to for extra security against anyone else from intercepting our communication.
     
  • The Remote Support Tool will close after 5 minutes if there is no connection.
